Signed up to webwiz over 12 months to host my webforum and latterly my website. I am completely useless when it comes to computers but I managed to set the forum up without issue I have on occasions needed the help of support and they have provided a first class prompt service in sorting out my usually self inflicted issues. I am very very very satisfied with response times and hosting features that i want to move some more of my sites to your platform.
I was very unhappy with my previous providers support. The Google crawl times skyrocketed and site loaded soo slow taking 16 seconds to open completely. I moved the site to Web Wiz hosting and immediately load times plumped to 1-2 seconds steady. Awesome!!

I'd just like to say also that we are very pleased with the hosting so far. It is easy to configure the websites and they are performing well and seem very fast. We are still migrating sites across, and we haven't had any problems. The green aspect of the hosting also goes down well with our acquire clients.

There are so many web hosting firms and I tried so many of them in so many years. Web Wiz is an another story. Staff are professional, they know what you need! Servers are really fast! Support too if you need any! I bet you won't need it because everything is working like a charm! I spend many years searching for this splendid service! Now I am glad to be home! :)

If any website owner has decided to integrate a forum on his website I seriously recommend Web Wiz Forum. I have been using Web Wiz the last 5 years and I must say that the service is splendid, very good, reliable and friendly.
Web Wiz host my forum and it is certainly a good investment. Now I am able to spend my time on things that matters while the forum just works. No "down time", no back up mess, no problems at all.
I am not writing this because I know the people behind Web Wiz. I have never met them (unfortunately) but if I did I would thank them for their kindness and "hospitality" parallel to their helpfulness.

I continue to be impressed by the service I get from my web hosting provider, Web Wiz.
I originally chose them because I could not find anyone else who provided the combination of features (I particularly wanted ASP.NET 4.0 with LINQ) at a reasonable price, and this has delivered everything it promised. However, it is their customer service that continues to surpass my expectations.

I transferred our hosting account to Web Wiz to get access to Microsoft .NET4 hosting and was pleasantly surprised at the high level of customer service received. Not only was the signup and configuration quick and easy but the technical support is first-rate, very prompt and knowledgeable. I would recommend Web Wiz without hesitation and will be moving over more client sites soon. Well done Web Wiz on good value AND good service!

I first started to use Web Wiz hosting services back in 2005 for a couple of my own hobby sites. In 2008 I became part of Iconic Media Design who were using another hosting provider and they seemed to accept that websites would routinely be off air, once or twice a week.
After a few months of frustration I managed to move over all of Iconic's hosting to Web Wiz which has to date turned out to be the best move I have ever made. We currently subscribe to one of Web Wiz's Reseller packages and therefore are hosting many websites with them and our customers are very happy with our service which is a reflection of the dedication and support we get from Web Wiz.
We would never choose another provider Web Wiz has hosting and support second to none.

All your documentation on "how to" was great - this is my first web project and didn't know how it would go, but the site worked first time. What a refreshing change, I've got to say, I'm impressed to say the least!
My move to WebWiz from my old web hosting provider has been effortless!
My requests for support setting up the site & email have been dealt with promptly and professionally, meaning I was up and running a lot quicker than expected. The user interface provided is very easy to use and the level of control I have over my database and website including the use of remote IIS management is superb, exactly what I needed.

After several years with my old host in USA I finally decided to have my site hosted at webwiz.co.uk. While I was relatively happy with the support of my previous host, they were never able to have my Web Wiz Forum working.
Migration to the new host was carried extremely easy and fast by Web Wiz, the forum worked within a few hours and the support provided was extremely helpful. Now I know what it is worth to have a support in the same time zone as my location. It is like "online support".
While my pages are only related to stamps and postal history, I like to have them up and running constantly. During the migration process I accidentally deleted some folders, within "minutes" support was able to roll back the website.

Like so many companies these days we rely on the internet for our advertising but it wasn't working as effectively as it could: no matter how much effort was put into search engine optimisation we ranked that low in international searches that the effort just wasn't viable, but giving up simply wasn't an option. I discovered our sites were often unavailable and that didn't help either.
Having discovered Web Wiz when we decided to start a forum in 2008 and the forum hosting being very reliable, it got me wondering if moving all our sites to Web Wiz would make any difference, so I decided we should give it a go.
The migration was a pain on the side of the previous hosts but once they were "educated" into doing it - me being fed the right lines by Web Wiz at every stage - Web Wiz effortlessly plucked up the sites onto their servers as if by "magic" with no data lost! Emails too were migrated with so much ease that I'd never known before. Within a week of "the dust settling" we've now started ranking on more search terms than we ever did. With one great big spanner removed from the works I should now be able to get down to some proper search engine optimisation.

I recently migrated my site to Web Wiz Hosting. I have been looking for a best suitable hosting company in the UK for ages, surprisingly, I could not even find any providing SQL Server 2008 R2 on a shared server, then fortunately, I found Web Wiz!!!
Their support are really knowledgeable with super-fast response. Web Wiz helped me migrate/restore my database, setup DNS Records, create mailing servers - well, they have just done all the tough stuff for me!!!
Now my site is running perfectly at Web Wiz, with really fast performance, better than any other hosting companies I have tried in the past 3 months (I have tried 5, including those big names). I am very glad I found Web Wiz!!!

After a 6 years long period of hosting our site with a reliable local (Croatia) hosting company we came at the point where server limitations started to be a real issue. With our forum user base growing we faced

7 or 8 years ago I was starting my web
design business I knew the basics of web
design and I knew nothing about hosting
my clients websites and after asking
questions to the big companies their
responses made me think that I was way
off base. They were also expensive and
to add databases they just didn't want
to know.
I simply wanted to host lots of
websites under one account and run
database driven websites initially using
ASP and I think that is how I found
Web Wiz.
8 years down the track I have expanded
my hosting to be a hosting reseller
working with PHP, mySQL Databases,
shared SSL folders and still a bit of
Access Databases and ASP. And a lot of
my success is due to the support of
Web Wiz, I have the confidence if I don't
have the answer or I need to know how to
do something new I can ask them what are
sometimes stupid questions and because I
live in New Zealand usually have my answer in a very short time.
I have recently been approached by other
hosting companies but they can't even
compete with Web Wiz on price but it is
the support that really sets Web Wiz apart.

I could say that Web Wiz saved my website from big problems I was facing for years because of other lazy and incompetent hosting companies. My website started to experience technical problems as it was continually growing. So, my old hosting company just tried to blame it on me, saying that my programming was poor and they couldn't help me! I believed that for months and spent a big time refining my coding.
After researching further, I found Web Wiz, and just by contacting them telling about my site's problems, they gave me a much better explanation and attention, telling me that my problem was a server configuration fault! I couldn't believe! I hesitate for a while, but decided to give it a try. By the first day, I didn't have a single problem! All my old problems were automatically solved, because it was never my fault!
Technical specification and reliability are basic characteristics for a hosting company, but a good support is what makes a big difference when you have real problems! And Web Wiz proved to me that they are good, fast and reliable. That's everything a webmaster needs!
