You would need to contact sales and accounts with your license information.

We have thought of that but are unsure whether or not that is possible without re-purchasing a license?

You are on version 8 which has been out of support for sometime. try upgrading to the latest release to see if that fixes the issue.

We have checked the language files and no changes we made could get everything working again. We even restored the original language files to no avail.
One of my co-workers have supplied me with some additional information on the matter.
Everything worked perfectly on the current server from 28th August 2007 until 22nd September 2009. Prior to that it ran perfectly on another server too.
There have been no changes made to the current server, save the usual updates.

Often errors like you describe are due to the language file using un-escaped characters that are then used within the forums JavaScript which course the JavaScript to crash so tools like the RTE fail to work.
The best way to try and locate what in the language file is coursing this issue is to use the Error Console in the Firefox web browser to locate the source of the error so you cab workout which translated text in the language files is coursing the problem.

Hi Bruce,
We have changed the used language file to the included danish version.
I'll try reuploading the files and will get back to you.

Have you changed the language files or using 3rd party language files?
It could also be a corrupted file so first try reuploading the original files again and see if that fixes the issue.

I have a problem where everything on the forum works fine, except the creation of a new topic.
I get the following javascript error when viewing the page:
Error: WebWizRTEtoolbar is not defined Sourcefile: http://xxxx.xxx/forum/new_topic_form.asp?FID=4 Line: 288
Forum Version: 8.04 Operating System: Windows Server 2003 Web Edition Permissions: Read and Script
Nothing have been changed on the page.
So far I have traced the source of the error to: <script language="JavaScript" src="RTE_javascript.asp?textArea=message" type="text/javascript"></script>
It appears that nothing in the file is loading, which is odd.
I hope anyone can help me.
Regards, Mireigi
