Starting out a new site. Although the main site isn't completed as of yet, I wanted to launch the forum as quickly as possible in order to try to build traffic to the site. Would love your guys feedback as to the look of the forum and if you have any suggestions as to how to combat people's fear of starting the first post it would be greatly appreciated. People always seem nervous of being the first one to speak.

 

Also before someone comments upon it, on the left hand side the Wanted link is live and the Special Offer is not until we commit upon the advertising prices.
