POP 3, IMAP and Roaming SMTP Email Settings
Web Wiz mailboxes support POP3, IMAP, LDAP, Roaming SMTP, and WebMail services. On this page you will find out how to setup your POP 3\IMAP email client, such as Outlook to send and receive emails from your Web Wiz Mailboxes.
To pick up and send email using the Web Wiz mail servers you need to enter the following details into your email client: -

Gateway Email SPAM Filtering and Anti-Virus Scanning
Many of our Email and Hosting Packages come with SPAM Filtering and Anti-Virus Scanning which is carried out at our Gateway Mail Server. Please check your package details to see if your package includes SPAM Filtering and Anti-Virus Scanning.
SPAM Filters
If your package comes with SPAM Filtering then you are able to configurable SPAM Filters from your webmail account. You can select what action to take when emails are detected as being SPAM.
By default emails detected as SPAM with have the subject line prefixed with; SPAM-LOW, SPAM-MED, and SPAM-HIGH.
Anti-Virus Scanning
If your package comes with Anti-Virus Scanning, then your email will be scanned for viruses at our Gateway Mail Server so that any viruses within an email will be deleted before ever reaching your Inbox. We use dual anti-virus scanning updated every hour with the latest virus definitions.
